Novi's newer homes usually need the builder-grade kitchen upgraded: better doors, soft-close hardware, pull-out storage, quartz. Farmington Hills' 70s and 80s colonials are classic refacing territory with soffits to remove and layouts to open. Royal Oak's 1920s bungalows need a craftsman who scribes to plaster walls and matches original trim. Different houses, one hands-on approach: measure in person, build right, install it ourselves.

Yes. Older homes with plaster walls and original trim are a specialty: we scribe cabinetry to real walls, match existing profiles, and fit modern soft-close storage into kitchens that keep their character.
What's typical for a newer Novi home?
Upgrading the builder-grade kitchen: refacing with quality doors, soft-close hardware, pull-out storage, and quartz counters. The layout is usually fine; the materials weren't. Roughly half the cost of replacement.
